If you’ve been diagnosed with Crohn’s, you’ve likely experienced some of the disease’s universal symptoms, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, and fatigue. But it can also cause non–GI-related symptoms, including ones that are specific to men. While some of these differences can be attributed to men’s hormones and anatomy, others are linked to their well-documented reluctance to see a doctor for medical treatment....
